Start the conversation several months before your wedding so you have time to choose a session date and plan the finished gift. Images are usually available the same day for proofing, and finished albums usually take about two to three weeks to come back. Your schedule also needs room for choosing photographs, any album approval or ordering steps, and a buffer before the gift date.
Those are usual turnaround times, not a guarantee that an album will arrive a set number of days after your session. Before booking, tell me when you need the finished gift in hand so we can confirm whether the schedule works.

Work Backward From the Day You Need the Album
Think about the date you want to receive the gift, which may be earlier than the wedding if you are traveling or arranging a private handoff.
- Set your in-hand date. Include travel and how you intend to present the album.
- Allow for album production. The usual two-to-three-week turnaround needs a buffer; confirm the estimate for your actual order.
- Leave time for selections and approval. Same-day proofing does not mean you must decide on every photograph that day. Ask what is needed before an album can be ordered.
- Choose the session date. Confirm availability and enough time for all the steps before reserving it.
Avoid treating the week before your wedding as your default session window. If the date is close, ask what is possible before making plans around a printed gift.
What Does Bridal Boudoir Cost?
The session fee is $500 and includes professional hair and makeup. A typical total purchase is $1,500–$2,500. Your choice of images and products determines the final total; request the current guide for the exact option you want.

What to Wear for Bridal Boudoir
White lingerie is one option, but the session does not have to follow a bridal uniform. Bring pieces that feel personal and fit comfortably.
- A robe or slip: A simple look that can stay at the coverage you choose.
- A lingerie set or bodysuit: Try it sitting down as well as standing before the session.
- Your veil or wedding jewelry: A connection to the wedding without needing your whole wedding outfit.
- A favorite shirt or dress: A good option if lingerie does not feel like you.
- Wedding shoes: Optional; you do not need to wear heels to create a bridal look.

What Happens at the Session?
Professional hair and makeup are included. We discuss the clothing you brought and the style you want, then I guide the posing. You do not need to arrive knowing what to do with your hands or how to stand.
You can change your mind about an outfit or pose. The session can be fully clothed, and you do not need to show more skin because the photographs are a gift. Read what to expect during the session if this is your first experience.
Keeping the Gift Private
Tell me it is a surprise when you inquire and discuss the best way to contact you. Consider who uses your email account or devices, how you will view the photographs, and where a finished album should be received.

Planning the Drive and the Gift
The appointment is at the Wallace studio. If you are coming from Wilmington or the beaches, allow for the drive as well as hair and makeup and photography. Confirm the appointment schedule before making other plans that day.
You might give the album privately before the ceremony, during the honeymoon, or on another date that matters to you. Choose the moment first, then plan the delivery schedule around it.
