How we use your information
Your information is used to deliver requested guides, respond to inquiries, coordinate your boudoir photography experience, maintain communication notes, and understand which marketing efforts lead to genuine inquiries and bookings.
How lead information is stored
Form submissions are stored in a private, access-controlled customer relationship dashboard. A backup copy may also be sent to our private Google workspace. We retain lead records only as long as reasonably necessary for client communication, business records, and legal obligations.
Website chat
When you message Kyle, we store your name, email address, and conversation in a private inbox to respond to your inquiry. An essential browser cookie keeps your conversation connected on this device for up to 90 days. Chat messages are retained for follow-up and can be included in a request to delete your inquiry information. If you miss a reply, we send an email notification with a private conversation link that expires after seven days. Anyone with that link can access your conversation, so please do not forward it. Email-link browser sessions last until the link expires. Notification alerts do not include your message text. Kyle can delete messages or an entire conversation from both sides.
Analytics and advertising
We use measurement tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Tools to understand website activity, measure advertising results, and improve our services. These tools may use cookies or similar identifiers. You can manage advertising and cookie preferences through your browser and the privacy controls provided by Google and Meta.
Image rights
Your images are private and confidential. They will never be shared or published without your explicit written consent.
